01/31/16 FOHS Farm Report

On this edition of the Farm Report, Scotty walks down memory lane with the first All-Star Classic in Syracuse and how it set-up the market for more events from the AHL. The Reading Royals are really feeling the pinch in dealing with affiliation. The ECHL says the Steven brothers can own three teams, but Bob Lutz is concerned about the end game for it. While he wasn't initially warmed up to it, Connor Toomey's play has made him a big pick-up for the SPHL. All that, plus News and Notes and We Hardly Knew Ye.

01/10/16 FOHS Farm Report

This week, Scotty reviews the fine work of Michael Finazzo and Matthew Harding of TheSinBin.net in their coverage of the Evansville IceMen lease negotiations. It's a learning transition for Brett Lernout in St. John's but with a former steady NHL defenseman as a coach (Sylvain Lefebvre), he keeps getting the knowledge needed to grow faster. Eric Levine is the latest in the Colorado Eagles goalie revolving door, but with his past experience all over the minor league landscape, he's doing his best to stick in Loveland, Colorado. The Knoxville IceBears are hoping that shaking up their roster will get the defending SPHL champs back on track. All that, plus Monthly Awards, News and Notes, and We Hardly Knew Ye.

Nikita Kashirsky has had quite the journey personally and professionally, and he's hoping that he can help out others who choose to follow his path. The Rochester Americans have too many veterans and not enough roster slots-- but how has coach Randy Cunneyworth dealt with it?? All that plus News and Notes and We Hardly Knew Ye.
