College hockey has started for the women squads of Maryland, starting with the Battle of Baltimore County and adding the Navy to their conference. Big wins for Stevenson's D2 and D3 ACHA outfits, while the Terps men fall just short in their game this weekend.

Towson and the Terps started their season, but it wasn't the best results against Delaware. UMBC announced their first game in a while, while a Mash-Up Women's tournament took to the ice in Laurel.
