For the first time in our lifetime, the Washington Capitals are Stanley Cup champions and as long suffering fans since the '90s, we couldn't be happier. We'll gloat about that for the majority of the show, but also look at what John Carlson may do and what the next core group of Capitals could look like. Also, we'll go into the whole Erik Karlsson/Mike Hoffman significant other debacle and how it could spell the end for the tenure of both in the Ottawa organization. All that, plus an AHL edition of HHFY at the end of the show.
